These terms govern the use of Alfrig, offered by Dales Ltda, CNPJ 45.106.370/0001-46 (“Alfrig”, “we”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
1. The service
Alfrig provides software agents that carry out engineering tasks in repositories and tools connected by your organization, producing code, pull requests, reviews and reports. The output is generated automatically and must be reviewed by people before going to production.
2. Account and organization
- You are responsible for your account and for the actions taken with it. Keep access to your email and login provider secure.
- The organization owner controls members, roles and integrations and can delete the organization, which erases its data.
- Invitations grant access to the organization’s space; invite only people who should see its code and tasks.
3. Integrations and keys
By connecting GitHub, ClickUp, Linear, language model providers or other services, you authorize Alfrig to use them on your behalf, within what you configured, and you warrant that you have the right to do so. Charges from these services (for example, model usage) are your organization’s responsibility, unless contracted through Alfrig.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Alfrig to:
- access repositories or systems without authorization;
- produce or distribute malicious code, or infringe the rights of others;
- circumvent technical limits, interfere with the infrastructure or resell the service without a written agreement;
- carry out any illegal activity.
5. Intellectual property
The code, tasks and content you provide remain yours. What the agents produce from them belongs to your organization, which is responsible for reviewing, testing and using that output. Alfrig’s software, brand and interface are ours; we grant a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use them while these terms are in effect.
To operate, maintain and improve the service, we may analyze information about the use of Alfrig and the execution of tasks, such as logs, metrics and results, including in an automated way. This use follows the Privacy policy and does not transfer to us ownership of your code or content.
6. Plans and payment
Alfrig is charged per agent, not per person: every plan includes unlimited members. Current plans and prices are on the pricing page:
- Free: free of charge and with no card, with up to 2 agents, 20 tasks a month and 5 machine hours per agent.
- Team: US$ 15 per agent per month, with as many agents as the organization subscribes to, unlimited tasks, 20 machine hours per agent and email support.
- Enterprise: custom pricing, with unlimited agents and tasks, no machine-hour allowance, dedicated infrastructure, SSO and access policies; invoicing, SLA and priority support are set out in a separate contract.
The machine-hour allowance is a notice, not a block: overage shows up in the usage report. Language model usage is not included in any plan and is paid by your organization directly to the chosen provider (section 3).
The Team plan is billed monthly, in advance, for the number of agents subscribed. You may cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid, with no prorated refund. Price changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance and will apply from the next billing cycle.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, giving reasonable advance notice when the change is relevant.
8. Warranties and liability
Alfrig is provided “as is”. Automated agents can make mistakes; you are responsible for reviewing what they produce and for keeping backups. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, data loss or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the organization in the 2 months before the event.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your organization at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice when possible. After termination, data is handled as described in the Privacy policy.
10. Privacy
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy, which is part of these terms.
11. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of São Paulo/SP are chosen as the venue, unless a legal rule provides otherwise.
